Radomir Dawid Alejew is the Founder and Chairman of Avarten Group. Over more than two decades, he has built and developed businesses across international markets, moving from trade and distribution into brand ownership, technology, real estate, investment and strategic advisory.
Today, he sets the strategic direction of Avarten Group, with a particular focus on capital allocation, acquisitions, international expansion and the creation of new businesses. His activities and relationships extend across Europe, the United States, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
FROM ENTREPRENEURSHIP TO GROUP OWNERSHIP
Alejew built his career through direct involvement in operating businesses. His early activities developed between Poland and Germany, where international trade, distribution and cross-border commerce formed the commercial foundation for what would later become a broader group of companies. As the business expanded, proprietary brands, technology, property and new corporate platforms followed. His role evolved accordingly from managing individual operations to determining where capital should be deployed, which markets should be entered and which opportunities could become significant businesses in their own right.
That progression continues to define his role as Chairman of Avarten Group.
CAPITAL, INVESTMENT & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Alejew’s current focus spans capital allocation, acquisitions, strategic investments, real estate and international corporate development. Through Avarten Capital, he has extended this activity into Strategic & Financial Advisory, with a focus on transactions, capital and cross-border growth. His investment approach is shaped by the perspective of an owner-operator and by direct experience in building and scaling businesses across multiple sectors.

Alejew’s business network spans entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, business owners and senior executives across Europe, the Middle East, the United States, Asia and Africa.
He is a member of Capital Club Dubai and the founder of The Sapphire Circle, a private international membership platform connecting business leaders, investors and family offices across international markets.
TECHNOLOGY & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Alejew has increasingly directed part of Avarten’s development toward technology and artificial intelligence. One of the Group’s most ambitious projects is Cyber Hulk, an AI-driven Marketing Operating System conceived to bring advertising, SEO, content, analytics, e-commerce, automation and performance data into one connected operating environment. The project reflects Alejew’s wider interest in technologies capable of changing the underlying way businesses operate and scale.
ART, CULTURE & PHILANTHROPY
Alejew’s activities extend beyond business and investment. In Warsaw, he was involved in the development of two flagship beauty boutiques that combined retail with curated art exhibitions, presenting works by recognised artists and bringing together commerce, contemporary art and culture. In 2021 and 2022, charity auctions were organised around these activities, with proceeds supporting children requiring medical treatment and specialised care.
His philanthropic involvement has continued through foundation-led initiatives, alongside Avarten’s broader engagement in cultural and social projects.
